Jacqueline wheels and tires is a tire shop in Santa Ana, California. It is listed at 1901 W 5th St, Santa Ana, CA 92703, which places it among the local businesses of Santa Ana that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.

In Santa Ana, a plug or patch repair usually takes under half an hour without an appointment, while a full set of tires with alignment is best booked ahead. Compare the out-the-door price across shops in California, since installation fees vary more than the tires themselves. Keep the receipt: the tire warranty and any road-hazard coverage are tied to it. Check the listing for hours, whether the shop handles truck or trailer tires, and its Google rating before you drive over on a spare.

Hours are published for 7 days a week. Typical hours are 10 am–4 am. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (714) 310-7912. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone.

Its Google rating stands at 3.1 out of 5 from 79 reviews, which is below average for the category; consider the recent reviews carefully before visiting.

Worst place do not come here they charge 30$ to pull out a tiny tac and won't put tires back on and didn't patch anything either

It was clean, fast, and they did a great job fixing my tire. The only downside was the price — $25 for a flat repair felt a bit high. But honestly, when you have a flat tire, you don’t really have the option to shop around, you just need it fixed right away.

I went to this shop just to check my tires. I did NOT ask them to replace anything. After the check, they changed two nuts and then charged me $40 without telling me the cost beforehand. No one asked for my approval, no one explained the price, and I only found out at the register. This is not how a professional business should treat customers. Avoid this place if you don’t want surprise charges. No honesty, no respect, and they take advantage of customers, because I came at 9 pm so they knew that they’re the only ones who’re open now!

Never, under any circumstances, come to this tire shop! They are complete scammers. At first, I didn’t believe the low Google rating and decided to give them a chance - big mistake. A day after they changed my tires, I realized they had simply ripped me off for $300. Don’t make the same mistake I did, my friends. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
